Agreed not nice to work on but glad you found the problem.

The other fan will kick in when needed.

Just been back to this truck this week to investigate further, turned out the air con belt was missing lol. Fitted a new one (not a nice job) and repaired the damage wire to the air con pump (think the belt ripped it off when it came off.

I was getting a code of 2-2 but i think that was due to the damaged wire.

Anyway the aircon is spot on now but only 2 out of the 3 fans on the condenser are working. There is no supply to fan 3. Is this normal, does it operate in warmer conditions?

Ive told the customer if it ever needs a new pump to get someone else to look at it, access to it is terrible. :)

As far as I know that's normal but if you hold the AUTO button for 5 seconds it should go into error code mode with brief flashes and extended flashes for different problems.

Let me know if it has any and ill look them up for you.
