Hey ATK1, It's a failure detection.
1/ Seat switch failure detection.
2/ Relay output transistor failure detection.
3/ Forward/reverse lever failure detection.
4/ CPU failure detection
When any of these failures is detected, the alarm lamp on the meter panel blinks to warn users. The number of times it blinks gives an indication or direction to where the problem lies.
