Tell me please. error 98 appeared. but there is no proportional valve control system board in the design. why did this 98 error occur?

At the same time, the machine is working properly.

This error is a communication failure between the system controller and the multicontroller. And this wiring harness doesn't exist at all and never has. why did the multicontroller suddenly start waiting for digital information from a system controller that doesn't exist?

I did the usual maintenance and changed the battery and steering wheel sensor. And this 98 error appeared after enabling it.

I checked if there were any other errors - yes, there are, everything works, for example, I disconnect the gas pedal connector and the gas pedal error immediately comes out. I checked all the wires, everything is in place and normal.
