Hi Syed,
I did some checking on this. JUDIT 4.37 is definitely being used with INCADO-compatible interfaces, so an original Jungheinrich INCADO is not necessarily required just because you are running 4.37.
I have also found other 4.37 installations where an INCADO-compatible interface uses serial number 3396, so the information you were given about 3396 does appear to come from a known configuration.
However, I would be careful with the 10003 vs 10004 claim. I haven't found reliable documentation confirming that 4.37.009 specifically requires ID 10003 and cannot work with 10004.
Before buying anything, I would ask the seller to confirm that the interface has actually been tested with JUDIT 4.37.009, and ask them to show the interface identification detected by JUDIT.
If you already have an INCADO, post its identification/serial information and we can compare it.
