Hyster / Yale GDP25 Fuse 8 F8 blows instantly

Battery is good but no ignition / dash lights. Checked fuse box under engine cover and F8 / Fuse 8 is blown. Try replace it and it blows the 25a F8 battery fuse as soon as you try to put new one in.
Just wondered if anyone had had similar or same problem before i start pulling it appart. It has been sat over the UK winter months but truck has full glass cab and everything should have been dry. Many thanks
