Good morning all,

Wondering if anybody has come across this issue before where the electro brake unit on the front drive motor of a Hyster J1.8XMT (J160) model forklift has melted the brake pad.

This forklift has had one in the past so I'm led to believe by the customer but can't confirm this.

Just wanted to see if anybody else has come across this before and any thoughts on what to check.

I have included an image for reference.

Any help/advise greatly appreciated.
