Flexi G3 with EV100LX system

Hi Guys,
Any EV100 experts out there can give us any sort of clue ?
We're looking at a Flexi G3 (YOM 2003) fitted with a GE-EV100 system. Someone has already looked at this prior to us arriving and changed various bit and pieces and the wiring to the truck is in a bit of a mess to say the least. Truck was not driving when we arrived with Fault Code -46. Changed the 1REC SCR and got the truck running at least. However now, truck starts up fine with no fault codes and drives well, but when we lift off the accelerator we get -48 Fault Code flashing up for a couple of seconds and then dissapears, but which has no impact on truck operation. Truck seems to operate ok other than fault code appearing.
As we've continued fault finding the -48 fault code flashing up, we've found 3REC diode block cracked (now replaced), wires from Current Sensor in poor condition and the base of the current sensor corroded where it attached to the base plate (all now made good), have changed the F/R contactor complete (somene had already changed the tips), along with replacing a very notchy accelerator potentiometer. Filter on 3REC (23Fil) seems to test ok but has been subsituted for another in any case and making no difference.
No regen fitted to this panel and A1 contactor seem to work as expected.
Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated TIA.

Service life of a forklift is proportional to how well it is maintained.

Hi John,
We've been back out to this and had a look.
1X Choke tests ok for continuity and all wiring and mounting looks ok. Card connections to all plugs A, B, Y & Z (and terminals 1-6) actually look really good; probably too good for the condition of the rest of the truck and it's wiring, which always concerns us when we don't know the history of whats already been done. The wiring isn't putting any stress on the connectors - so highly doubt our issue relates to a bad connector at the control card.
The truck is at least working with no apparent down side to the fault code flashing up on deceleration and we've told the customer that other than starting to replace each component piece by piece starting with filters and going right through to the main control card theres not a lot else we can suggest at this stage.
It's an old truck, Flexi suggested certain parts are obselete now and its probably in line for retirement.
We've told the customer to just use the truck and i guess eventually the fault will wash out in a failed component which we can look at at that stage.
Thanks for your help, much appreciated.

I have seen -48-47 and they were caused by the 1x choke check all of the connections on it
It is the tower that has EV100 on it ( in case you did not know ) make sure screws are tight and wiring not loose and as an extra precaution
Slip a piece of thin cardboard under lock on the
Big plug with a lot of wires in it on card
Those plugs get loose and can cause wires not to make good contact you will have four two small and two large the one large one with a few wires will be for your lx meter the other one with more wires is for your panel recs , filters etc

Hi John, Thanks for your input, it's greatly appreciated.
We've changed the complete F/R contactor for new and checked all the wiring to and from it. We've tested the 3REC (23FIL) Filter which tests ok, but in any case swapped for one of the others on the truck (truck has 4 in total), but it's made no difference.
