Crown wp2300 no forward or reverse

Crown WP2300 SERIES

Crown WP2330-45

Wont travel but goes up and down.

Unit suffered a heavy impact on the handle.

Replaced the handle controls. (Left side horn wires not hooked up to anything as the handle broke and I don't have that part yet.)

My zapi smart handset won't connect so I am assuming crown has proprietary firmware?

If I turn on the key with the handle in travel position it immediately goes forward at the fastest possible speed...

When key is turned on Led comes on quickly and then blinks two more times. Then after a break continues to flash in sets of two. As in blink blink break. Repeat.

Any ideas?

Error code for 2 flash - Forw + back - This test is conducted continuously. Alarm is indicated when fwd and rvrs are requested simultaneously.
With the handle being hit, I would look at 2 things, tiller loom for damage/shorts as previously mentioned, part No. 8113953 or the Potentiometer, part No. 813533 or NEW 158452

Might check wiring to handle assy
Could be shorted to ground
