Hey everyone!
My RR5700 shows event code 115 which states that the Access 5 software is incompatible
I checked access 5's software PN and it shows "Invalid"
I tried using Crown MSDT to download and update the software but it still says access 5 software PN is invalid after a successful download.
For context, all other modules (access 1-4) show their software PNs which are from the RR5700RM6000V20 package.
Weirdly enough when i select RR5700RM6000V20 from the MSDT dropdown, it doesnt detect the trucks modules.
I have to select RR5700RM6000V18 for it to be able to detect the modules.
But why are Access 1-4 software PNs on the truck from V20?
Is the steering module faulty? Or do i need to force flash everything back to V18?
Sorry for the long post, this is one of our only trucks in the fleet and we need it up asap...
