Crown RD5700 forks slam to the ground hard

Crown RD5700 forks slam hard on the ground
No cushion. I have calibrated the hydraulic lowering valve. I have calibrated the height encoder ECR2.
I have entered the overall height of the truck. During calibration everything was accepted.
I saved the values.

You should always verify the mast and free lift chain adjustment before you calibrate.
Fork heels should not hit the ground regardless of calibration.
Do the mast chains first. Then the free lift.
