I'm looking for some advice and to find out whether anyone else has experienced a similar issue with Jungheinrich EKX 516 VNA trucks.

We have two EKX 516 trucks, both manufactured in 2019, and both have accumulated around 6,000 operating hours. During recent inspections, we discovered that both trucks have developed cracks in the same area of the mast.

Given that the trucks are the same model, of similar age, have comparable operating hours, and have cracked in exactly the same location, I'm concerned that this may indicate a common fatigue point or a known issue with this model.

Has anyone else with an EKX 516 or similar Jungheinrich VNA truck experienced mast cracks in the same area?

At what operating hours did the cracks appear?
Where on the mast were the cracks located?
How were the repairs carried out?
Did Jungheinrich acknowledge the issue or offer any support?
Have there been any service bulletins or recommended inspections relating to this?

Any feedback, photos, or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
