This is continuing from a post I made about a -49 code, but I was looking at the wrong model number truck.
It is in fact an ECS20, with a EV100 SCR Control board.
To address the code -49, I swapped the #5 rectifier with a spare I had on hand, not brand new. I tested both, but I don't really remember the results, that was a week ago and I didn't take notes. It still didn't work, and I moved on to swapping the #2 and #1 rectifiers. And pulling out and checking the #3 and #4 rectifiers. I'm not really sure about the #1 and #2 rectifiers I'm dealing with, they all gate test okay, but I don't have a meter that goes high enough to check from anode to cathode. My Fluke 376 FC just say OL, which the way I understand it could mean either open circuit, or out of it's range.
The #3 and #4 cathodes bother me, I have a Clark manual that says they should check 7 to 12 ohms from Anode + to Cathode - and what's installed and all the old spares I've found check more like 18-26 Kilohms
The current state now-
After powerup and selecting fwd direction, the traction motor jerked forward without any accelerator input, and code -46 flashes, then goes solid to code -47
If you select reverse direction you get un-commanded throttle in reverse and code -53
Code -46 is pointing me to the #1 rectifier, code-47 could be the #2 rectifier but is more likely the #1 not turning on first, right? And code -53 could be the #4 rectifier, but could also go back to the #1 rectifier.
So really, I need to find a known good #1 rectifier.
Does the un-commanded throttle make sense to anyone?
Is there any way to test a #1 rectifier without a meter that has a 10,000 scale and can show me up to 100,000 ohms?
Should I replace those #3 and #4 rectifiers or was that a misprint in the book I'm looking at?

3and 4 are diodes , you can test with a meter
Like any diode you shouldn't have any bleed thru in one direction and in other you will # 4 probably isn't the issue since it is the plugging diode
Have you checked the cap ? Also the b plug on
Card ? Make sure it is plugged in and wires are tight in plug also check your wires to the transformer
It is the one that says ev100 black and tall
Make sure they are all tight I have only had 2 of them bad but they can cause same codes
But to test it you have to remove it and lay on its side and test for continuity across the screw holes both of the ones I had checked good in unit but as soon as I laid them on their side I lost it the b plug on card is last from left 1-Y plug
2-Z plug 3-A plug and 4- b-plug the b will have all of the wires for recs and thermo sensor and the current sensor etc if all else looks good look at card I have also had bad cards give same codes
Further Update
Found a different #2 rectifier and was able to verify it as good. Installed it and now the codes are -48 then -45, and no more commanded motion. I heard back from my parts buyer that I got new #3 and #4 rectifiers on the way.
Given that #1 and #2 are good, looking at the #2 Rec. Snubber and #3 Rec. Snubber.
An Update-
I was able to find a meter that could check the #1 rectifier, It shows 1 Megaohm from Anode - to Cathode +
28 Ohms from Cathode - to Gate +
29 Ohms from Cathode + to Gate -
I also was able to check the gate with a battery and two diodes, it turns on a test light.
So according to the Clark manual I'm looking at that's a good rectifier, and I have some other problem.
