Cat ep18kt error 30

Cat
Hi we have this electric dc truck with the gold logic card sitting on the back over the controller.

The issue is that truck drives but as soon as I pull any hydraulic levers it fails with error code 30.

We initially tried changing the driver card. Then changed the Igbt. Tested all the diodes. Changed the current sensor across to the drive. Run up the pump Motor with a 12v battery. Tested cables for breaks and earth faults. Traced wiring back from current sensor to the board all ok. Forklift battery ok.
We even tried a main pcb and still no matter what error code 30.

Tried a second Igbt incase we had a faulty supplied unit. I even took the 2 suspected igbt to the workshop and have powered up using the light bulb test method and they both turn on and off.

Ive really hit a dead end with this one and was hoping someone may have had this issue before and may have some pointers.

Regards

Just an update. Looks like the driver card we had tried also has the same fault.
As sent a second driver card up as we had run out of ideas and solved the issue.
Looks like these cards when supplied can have same existing errors.
That was a card previously supplied by, well you can probably guess. 3 letters says it all. Problem is we have had this card in stock after exchanging it previously and now cannot argue they had sent us a faulty card many months ago.

Main thing is truck is up and running
