Discussion:
BT CARGO C4E250NV Fault code 10

Hello everyone,

I'm having an issue on a BT Cargo C4E250NV:

No traction

Lift OK

Steering OK

The F/R selector responds correctly (display changes accordingly)

Here are the checks already performed:

Command and power fuses OK

Power contactors click but do not stay engaged

Battery voltage looks correct but drops quickly under load

Traction motor interior cleaned with compressed air

Truck placed on blocks to free the drive axle from the machine's weight

The display shows a status code "10" permanently as soon as the key is turned on

Before going further:
What is the exact meaning of code 10 on this generation of BT Cargo?
What would be your priority troubleshooting path?

Thanks in advance for your insights.
