The versatile articulated truck that does it all
The Aisle Master articulated forklift, manufactured by Combilift in Monaghan, Ireland, is the world's largest selling articulated truck - and with good reason. It is a space saving, tough, versatile and dependable machine which can withstand heavy duty use both inside and out. It replaces a combination of counterbalance and reach trucks and can work in aisle-widths as narrow as 1.6m, enabling a doubling of available warehouse storage space.
By using just the one truck, productivity can also be increased as time consuming double handling is eliminated for faster "truck to rack" operations. There is also no need to invest in super flat floors in the warehouse, unlike operation with other traditional types of VNA trucks.
Aisle Masters are 100% designed and built at Combilift's state of the art manufacturing facility in Monaghan, Ireland. A variety of models with AC electric, LPG and diesel power are available with lift capacities of up to 3t. Impressive lift heights of up to 15m also ensure that every inch of vertical space can be exploited for optimum storage density and best possible per-pallet costs.
Cold store models are also available, developed specifically to cope with the harsh conditions in the sector and to keep drivers warm throughout shifts. Costs per m2 in cold stores are much higher than those in ambient warehouses, so space-saving storage ensures economical and productive operations. Powerful 930 Ah batteries counteract any potential battery draining caused by the extreme cold, enabling optimum performance and prolonged operation in temperatures as low as -30° C.
