Today, AutoStore is global, with 1,450+ Systems in 50 countries. Our automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) uses warehouse robots for 24/7 order fulfillment, within a cubic layout so dense it can quadruple storage capacity using only 100 Watts of energy per robot during operation (10 robots use less power than the average vacuum cleaner!). Using our solutions, our customers extend the lead over their peers, with competitive advantages that set them apart in the market.
On show at CeMAT 2024
Visitors to CeMAT 2024 will have the opportunity to view the AutoStore FusionPort Workstation - an innovation designed to drive warehouse speed and productivity, while improving worker wellbeing. Featuring Bin openings tilted to 15 degrees to improve ergonomics, the FusionPort minimises the need for operators to twist and reach, reducing the risk of worker fatigue, injuries and strain. With its dual Bin openings, the FusionPort facilitates faster order picking, accurate picks and accelerated order fulfilment, efficiently handling 550 Bins per hour.
Alongside the FusionPort, AutoStore will showcase the new R5 Pro Robot - the latest version of the company's R5 Robot. It features new battery technology, enabling it to charge faster and run for longer durations, minimising downtime and improving productivity.
In addition to the FusionPort and R5 Pro, the AutoStore ConveyorPort solution will be in action - the workstation where Bins are dropped on a conveyor and then transferred to an opening outside of the AutoStore Grid (cube storage system), enabling rapid processing.
