Christer Högberg has been appointed Toyota Material Handling Europe (TMHE) chairman, effective 1 April 2008. Högberg, who is TMHE president, replaces Per Zaunders who is retiring. He joined BT in 1990 as president of Business Region BT Scandinavia. In 1997, he became BT Europe president, a position he held for nine years before becoming TMHE president in 2006.
Håkan Dahllöf has been appointed TMHE president. He is currently TMHE vice president for business planning, a position he has held since 2006. Dahllöf joined BT in 1990 and has had roles as business controller, market controller, corporate IS/IT manager and chief financial officer. As vice president for business planning, he managed the project of integrating the Toyota and BT materials handling business in Europe.

Cascade Corp has promoted Kevin Kreiter to the position of vice president of corporate engineering and marketing. Kreiter will have executive management responsibility for Cascade’s global product development, marketing and strategic OEM relationships. He was previously vice president of corporate engineering and will continue having executive management responsibility for corporate global engineering.

Jungheinrich UK Ltd has appointed Mike Wilshaw as technical support manager for its racking and storage industry. Wilshaw has over 21 years’ experience in the materials handling industry. He joins Jungheinrich from Linpac and will be based at the company’s Warrington facility.
THOROLD, Canada
Canadian Forklift Distributors Ltd (CFDL) has appointed Stephen Walsh as the territory manager for Ontario and Western Canada. Walsh will be responsible for servicing existing CFDL dealers and developing the dealer network.
