EMC expands its Australian business

EMC Group Pty Ltd has bought the business of Adelaide attachment manufacturer Sattach Pty Ltd for an undisclosed sum.

EMC Managing Director, Stefan Marschner, says combining Sattach’s engineering and product expertise with EMC’s infrastructure and business services is a logical fit for the industry.

Marschner added that "it is satisfying to be able to keep a company with such respect and knowledge of the local market in Australian hands. This reinforces our position as a business that is focused on and dedicated to the materials handling industry in Australia".

The company will continue to develop and expand its product and service offering. EMC Group believes this will provide EMC and Sattach customers with considerable advantages and opportunities.

EMC is a 100% Australian-owned and operated business.
