Brudi Bolzoni Auramo in CANADA

Canada
Thursday, 23 Nov 2006
The Canadian branch of the Bolzoni Auramo Group is supplying all major Canadian forklift truck distributors with a full range of attachments. With its main office and warehouse located in Montreal, QC, Brudi Bolzoni Auramo keeps a complete stock of spare parts, a fleet of rental attachments, as well as new paper roll clamps, fork positioners, side shifters, appliance clamps, rotators and single double pallet handlers.

The Branch Director, Gilles Ganassa, who will soon be 10 years with the company says: "It is important for us to give a fast and accurate response to our customers. For this we have local stock and experienced people. Our organization is focusing on supporting forklift sales people trying to offer them the best alternative when the time comes to choose an attachment for their truck. Applications analyses and deep knowledge of our product range are essential to our success. When this is combined to well-engineered attachments and competitive pricing, we have a winning package to offer to lift truck dealers".

Over the years, Brudi Bolzoni Auramo has developed a specific expertise in some segments of the market. The Brudi Bolzoni Auramo Paper roll clamp is well known in Canada, and used by paper mills, transport and warehousing companies, printers, and stevedores operations. "We have established a strong relationship with the paper industry, helping companies to reduce roll damage using specific tools like our out-of-round measuring device, impact recorders, clamping force testers and built-in specific features that come with our roll clamps. We have CTX Intelligent roll clamps working successfully for several years in  paper mills, and we noticed a growing interest for this technology in Canada. We now have a good experience in supplying, installing and servicing these clamps. Several 3rd generation units are on order and will be delivered at the beginning of 2007" says Gilles Ganassa.
The Canadian market, with its important natural resources sector and metallurgical industry has allowed BBA to acquire a good experience in heavy duty attachments designed for such applications: big integral fork positioners, high capacity rotators, rotating fork clamps, all benefiting from the Brudi Bolzoni Auramo high design and production standards.

Brudi Bolzoni Auramo has service, repair and installation capabilities at its Montreal location. Technical assistance and training for dealers mechanics is available.
Mr. Tony Arruda, territory Manager based in Toronto is handling Sales for Central Canada and the Greater Toronto area market: " The very competitive situation we have here explains our rapid growth in this area. Better visibility, better residual capacity for the truck in most cases and lower maintenance cost usually make the difference. Large attachments users want more for their money, and that is what we deliver to them".
