Bolzoni Auramo in Germany

Thursday, 3 Aug 2006
Many of the main forklift manufacturers have their headquarters in Germany. Therefore, the German market is vital for the Bolzoni Auramo Group, and it represents a quarter of the corporate turnover. Bolzoni Auramo is the leader in the supply of integral side shifters worldwide. These products are installed on the forklift mast directly at the OEM’s premises. Furthermore, Bolzoni Auramo is the official supplier to the main German OEM’s of forklift attachments.

The German branch of Bolzoni Auramo Group is located in the heart of Europe. This wholly-owned subsidiary is based in West Germany: in Korschenbroich, in the Ruhrgebiet. Stefan Luhn, the branch director, with his team of 15 experienced staff, manages sales and customer service activities for the German market, as well as for Austria, Switzerland and Slovenia.

Customer care on site is the "Leitmotiv". A team of experienced sales engineers ensures qualified consultancy and service, on site at the customer's facility and provides short reaction time when assistance is needed in the field.

The Bolzoni Auramo Korschenbroich 6,000 sq.m facility includes offices, workshops and a spare parts depot. The available product range includes a large choice of forklift attachments, lift tables and hand pallet trucks. To respond to urgent customer needs for short-term use, attachments are also available on a rental program. Furthermore, Bolzoni Auramo GmbH offers used attachments, bought back from the German market. The used attachment program provides a complete refurbishment using all original parts and includes final inspection.

In addition to its many years of experience in the general handling, the Bolzoni Auramo German branch has built up special know-how in the area of forest product handling and is now recognised to be the favoured partner of the paper industry.

For any further information, please contact Mr. Stefan Luhn, Managing Director of Bolzoni Auramo GmbH.
