Q. What are your company’s products/services?

Raeder-Vogel produces a wide range of wheels, pallet rollers, press-on tyres and castors with VULKOLLAN®* and polyurethane treads for the forklift industry and wheels and castors for industrial use, including heavy-duty, electrically conductive and other special applications.

Q. Give a brief history of your company’s involvement in the materials handling industry.

Since Raeder-Vogel’s foundation in 1946 it has supplied a. m. products made from different materials (VULKOLLAN®/VULKOSOFT®, TRACTOTHAN®/TRACTOSOFT®, VULKODYN®, VULKOLLAN®-QUARTZ, VULKOLLAN®-ELF, PEVOPUR®/PEVOSOFT®, polyamides and TPU) to the materials handling industry. Due to continuous development of materials and products and investment in state-of-the-art production facilities, Raeder-Vogel has become the world’s biggest producer of VULKOLLAN® wheels and a well-reputed supplier for most forklift truck manufacturers and other main players in the materials handling industry.

Q. What is your company’s current position in the regional market? How about globally?

Raeder-Vogel is market leader in Europe for wheels, castors and press-on tyres for industrial trucks made of VULKOLLAN®/polyurethane. In the global market, its activities are growing steadily.

Q. Tell us your company’s future plans.

Continuous substantial investments, permanent improvements and new developments will maintain and strengthen Raeder-Vogel’s ability to fulfill existing and potential customers’ requirements for quality and growing quantities in expanding markets. They will enable the company to increase market share in Europe and globally, together with existing and new distribution partners with profound technical know-how and excellent knowledge of markets where Raeder-Vogel is not yet represented.
