Nick Yaksich, Association of Equipment Manufacturers’ global public policy vice president, has been appointed policy committee chair for the Canadian American Business Council (CABC). Yaksich is also on the CABC’s board of directors. CABC is a non-profit organisation that promotes Canadian-US business relationships.

Kosaku Yamada, Toyota Motor Corporation’s former chief engineer, is now managing director of Toyota Industries Corporation. He will oversee the design, development and manufacturing of Toyota forklifts. In his former position, Yamada was responsible for design and development of the Camry, Lexus ES300 and Avalon motor vehicles.

Nacco Materials Handling Group has appointed Ralf Mock as managing director of its European, Middle Eastern and African operations. Mock has worked for Linde for more than 20 years. He was head of sales and marketing in the gas and materials handling divisions and a member of the management board.

Lindsay Cordner has been appointed Amskan Holdings Pty Ltd’s general manager, global sales & marketing. He was previously general manager of Enersys Australia Pty Ltd. Cordner will focus on international market development for Amskan’s Sweepscan and Fork-Alert products.

McCONNELLSBURG, PA, United States
JLG Industries Inc has appointed David Baxter as director of North American marketing and market development. He will market JLG’s four telehandler businesses under the SkyTrak, Lull, Gradall and JLG brands. He reports to Craig Paylor, JLG senior vice president of North American sales, marketing and customer support.
