AGVs are the workhorses of the industry. Many operate in 24/7 applications, often under harsh conditions. Superior performance and reliability are a must. This also applies for the wheels and castors used.

Due to our great experience and the wide range of wheel tread materials supplied, we can offer true innovation solutions to automated vehicles’ needs. VULKOLLAN® with a Shore hardness of 95° Shore A is for example used for special wheels requiring increased load capacity and lower rolling resistance. Special bearings can be offered to absorb the lateral forces acting on stabilising castors and load wheels when the AGVs make tight turns.
