ShockWatch® ImpactManager®

Thursday, 13 Nov 2008
ShockWatch® ImpactManager® equipment monitors are designed to help businesses improve workplace safety and reduce damage-related costs. The monitors mount directly onto forklifts and other equipment to reinforce safe operating procedures without the need for supervisory presence.

ImpactManager SC provides real-time impact detection and sounds an alarm upon any impact exceeding a predefined threshold. ImpactManager RF and ImpactManager ID detect impacts as well while also controlling access and monitoring utilization data. The information is then transmitted wirelessly with the RF or through manual download with the ID, allowing for complete analysis and better decision making.

All three ImpactManager devices allow managers to respond to impacts with immediate corrective action and prompt scheduling of repairs. Through their monitoring capabilities and their visual deterrent to improper operation, the products reduce injuries and damage to the equipment, facility and product.

Other ShockWatch Equipment Monitors include EquipManager™, FleetControl™ Manager, UsageManager®, and StartManager®. Each product is designed to capture a range of data to keep businesses informed about their operations — enabling improved profitability.

A global leader in damage prevention, ShockWatch has been helping businesses ensure safety and reduce damage-related costs since 1976. With regional managers across the United States and distribution in 62 countries, ShockWatch is committed to providing ongoing service and support for all its products.
