JLG Industries Inc has promoted Tim Morris to vice president, market development and sales for the Americas. He has been with JLG for 15 years. He started in customer sales and has held positions in government sales, district sales and sales management. He was vice president, market development, sales and service for North America.

Wayne Lawson
Andrew Satterley
Wayne Lawson, vice president, sales and customer support for Europe, Africa and the Middle East, has assumed overall responsibility for the development and implementation of JLG’s market development and sales strategies in the three markets. He will also be responsible for the European aftermarket parts sales business segment.
  
Andrew Satterley has been promoted to managing director for Australia and New Zealand. Satterley joined JLG in April 2007 and has 24 years’ experience in the lift industry. He has held positions as general manager for sales and marketing and general manager for sales for the Asia Pacific region.

VANCOUVER, Canada
Ritchie Bros Auctioneers Incorporated has appointed Robert Waugh Murdoch as chairman of the board. He replaces Charles Edwards Croft, who retired as a director at the company’s 2008 annual and special meeting. Another director, Clifford Russell Cmolik, also retired from the board. Murdoch has been a director of the company since 2006 and has extensive experience in the construction industry. He retired as president and CEO of Lafarge Corp in 1992.

Christopher Zimmerman has been appointed a director of Ritchie Bros. Zimmerman has experience in sales, marketing, research, design and development, and operations. He is president and CEO of Canucks Sports and Entertainment.
