Jungheinrich truck for US market
RICHMOND, VA, United States
Jungheinrich Lift Truck Corp is introducing its newly redesigned 4,500lb (2,041.2kg) electric walkie truck, the EJE 120.
Produced specifically for the US, the forklift offers users a 58.7-inch (1.5 metre) turning radius, a 24V-150Ah industrial battery with integrated charger and Jungheinrich’s proprietary AC drive motor and control technology.
MCFS to offer flexible "iWarranty"

Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift Asia in Singapore (MCFS) has selected 4CS Inc’s iWarranty software to manage its warranty processes.
Mitsubishi forklift dealers in Asia, Oceania, Australasia and Southern Africa will be using the software to improve data accuracy and reduce claims processing time.
MCFS’s US subsidiary, MCFA, has been running iWarranty for over a year (Forkliftaction.com News #249).
Forklift dealers promote traffic safety
TOYOTA, Japan
Toyota forklift dealers are among the 429 Toyota affiliates joining the Toyota Traffic Safety Campaign from 21 September to 31 October.
Dealers will display educational posters made by the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association and distribute about 800,000 educational leaflets to customers visiting their outlets.
Toyota Motor Corp launched the campaign to partly coincide with Japan’s autumn Nationwide Traffic Safety Campaign, which ran from 21-30 September.
