Vulkoprin introduces completely NEW WHEEL CATALOGUE!

Since 1964, Vulkoprin has been manufacturing, in Belgium, polyurethane elastomere Vulkollan® under Bayer license and is especially known for its high quality wheels, castors, rollers, tyres and technical parts. Today Vulkoprin is one of Europe's leading manufacturers in the "wheel industry" and is exporting to more than 50 countries worldwide.
One of the main activities of Vulkoprin is the Business unit Forklift wheels - tyres and rollers. Vulkoprin can offer you an extended standard range, but keeps the flexiblity to engineer and produce specific customized solutions. In our production we mainly manufacture polyurethane Vulkollan® (desmodur 15), but depending on the application, we also offer alternative polyurethanes and hardnesses, corrosion protection, extra traction, higher load capacity, electrical conductive Vulkollan® C, different sealings.

The forklift product groups are:
+ Palletrollers in Vulkollan® or polyamide
+ Tyres: steel rim with Vulkollan® with flat or profiled tread, metric or inches, from small to extremely big and also dimensions on request
+ Drive and load wheels
+ Rebonding service
VULKOLLAN® C (electrical conductive) is a relatively new product in the Vulkoprin range of materials. This material corresponds to all the qualifications of the standards EN12527 to EN12533 and ISO 2878.
This conductive VULKOLLAN® C is used on trucks in areas where explosives or inflammable products are produced, handled or stocked, such as in oil and gas, pyrotechnical, petrol, aerosols, powders, plastics, chemicals, paints, glues, explosives, pharmaceuticals, coatings, ink, food, alcohol, cosmetics, etc.
Vulkoprin has won the 'Plastics Innovation Award 2006' with VULKOLLAN® C.
