Chuck Pascarelli to president of Americas, effective from 1 January. Pascarelli was president of sales and marketing, Americas.
He will oversee all sales, marketing, manufacturing, finance and pricing functions for the Hyster and Yale product lines, as well as their extensive distribution networks across the Americas. His responsibilities will also encompass all NMHG products and forklift services, financial services, fleet management, national accounts and dealer relations for the Americas.
Pascarelli joined NMHG in 2013 and has built a strong management team in the sales and marketing area. In his expanded role, he will grow the customer base of Hyster and Yale while further improving the operational and financial performance of the Americas division. He is a member of the NMHG senior leadership team and also serves on the boards of directors for GE Capital and The United Way of Pitt County, North Carolina.

Michael Wells as northeast regional marketing manager, reporting to president and CEO Bruce Pelynio. Wells will work closely with both existing and potential authorised dealers and national account customers in the northeast region to provide marketing support for Heli products. He has over 20 years' experience in the materials handling industry, having held positions at both the OEM and dealer level. His wide experience will support the marketing of Heli forklifts while working with both the wholesale and retail users in addition to providing regional and on-site marketing training.

United StatesThe Dubose family of materials handling companies has appointed
Steven Dubose as director of strategy and innovation, reporting to the executive management and ownership of National Lift LLC, National Lift of Arkansas Inc and National Lift Truck Inc. Dubose will be based in lllinois and travel regularly between the operations in Memphis and Jackson, Tennessee; Little Rock and Springdale, Arkansas; and Franklin Park and Hazel Crest, Illinois. He gained experience at National Lift Truck and, most recently, held corporate positions. Over the past five years, he has worked in the technology and marketing industries and provided support for small and mid-sized organisations. He helped those firms achieve corporate goals and was responsible for managing and growing a multi-million dollar book of business.
