MULTI PALLET HANDLERS, TO HANDLE SEVERAL PALLETS AT A TIME

Bolzoni Auramo multi-pallet handlers allow a considerable time reduction for stocking and vehicle loading/unloading.
These pallet handlers first found application in the beverage industry (mineral waters, soft drink, beer, etc.). In this sector, it is critical to rationally handle and position goods, particularly during the seasonal peaks, when working shifts are heavy.
Then, thanks to the fast operations offered by these pallet handlers, all companies dealing with high volume of palletized goods have adopted them.
Bolzoni Auramo has developed a wide range of pallet handlers to satisfy the various market needs.
A) SINGLE/DOUBLE PALLET HANDLER FOR FLANKED PALLETS
With capacities from 1800kg to 3500kg and able to handle pallets from either side. This attachment reduces handling costs by 50%, in comparison to the standard lift truck forks.
For lift trucks already equipped with the Bolzoni Auramo integral side shift, this pallet positioner is available as an installation kit, increasing lift truck residual capacity.
B) TRIPLE PALLET HANDLER FOR 1, 2 OR 3 FLANKED PALLETS
Capacities from 3500kg to 5000kg. These clamps can handle up to three pallets at once, of width 1200 mm by 800mm or 1000 mm. This versatility further reduces operation time.
C) 2-4 PALLET HANDLER
It's the last developed model that offers a capacity of 3600kg or 4600kg at 1200 mm. In few words, this attachment allows to load/unload vehicles from one side.
Here is a list of some technical features these models share:
- excellent visibility, thanks to a compact extruded profile;
- fork movement synchronism;
- bolted forks, which can be easily replaced after wear;
- forks with load backrest to handle particularly high loads;
- possibility to bring closer two flanked pallets; and
- all models are available with constant separate side shift.
