Icahn interests reduce Oshkosh stock holdings
New York, NY, United States

"The reporting persons ceased to be the beneficial owner of more than 5% of the shares on December 13, 2012," Icahn interests say in a US Securities and Exchange Commission filing. As of 30 June 2011, the Icahn interests reported owning 9.51% of Oshkosh stock.
As announced on 14 December, the corporation's annual shareholders' meeting takes place on 29 January at the EAA Aviation Centre in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
