In the market of pallet trucks with projecting forks, the CTS series is playing a leading role.
Thanks to its projecting forks, CTS is the ideal truck for the handling of pallets that are closed on the loading side. This pallet truck allows the load to be picked up and positioned when there is not enough space for the base forks. It also replaces counterbalanced trucks where there is limited space. And CTS doesn’t require a special driving licence.
CTS is supplied standard with the FEM fork holder plate, so different types of attachments, such as rotating pliers, arms, frame holder pliers, forks positioners, etc., can be applied.
In the 1.2 ton capacity versions, the pallet truck is supplied with adjustable electric power steering so that the operator can drive the truck easily. The hydraulic functions are controlled by a distributor, while the electric controls for traction and services are positioned on the control head unit, which is ergonomic and comfortable.

The main components of the trucks are positioned for easy access, so that diagnostic times are reduced and maintenance is simplified. The large wheels are designed for longer service life and the best distribution of the load on the floor.
The battery can be removed from the side (optional) and this ensures its rapid and safe replacement.
This range includes models with capacities from 600 kg to 3 tons and with a lifting height up to 4.66 metres. From the 1.2 ton capacity, the tilting mast is supplied as standard equipment. All models can be fitted with a sideshift on the forks and arrangement for additional hydraulic functions is possible.
The CTS series can be supplied either zinc-plated (CTS-Z) or in AISI 304/316 stainless steel (CTS-X), with IP54 settings or with protection for -25°C cold store.
