Wang will focus on sales and marketing, developing and implementing sales strategies to maintain and drive business growth. He previously worked for 10 years at Linde (China) Forklift Truck Corp Ltd, most recently as branch manager.

Douglas R Oberhelman, group president of Caterpillar Inc, has been named to the Association of Equipment Manufacturers’ board of directors. As a director, Oberhelman will help set the guidelines and operating policies of the association on behalf of its members in areas including technical and safety services, market information and equipment statistics and international support services.

Equipment Depot has promoted Kelly Kunka as president and CEO of the Texas-based company. Kunka joined Equipment Depot in 1995 to help the company enter the San Antonio market. He has worked in rental sales, services sales, equipment sales and branch management. He was the company’s chief operating officer since 1999.
Don Moes, Equipment Depot’s founder, will continue serving as company chairman. He will also continue being involved in the forklift and construction equipment industries through parent company, Pon North America, to help develop its four other materials handling companies in the US.

Jungheinrich UK Ltd has appointed Mike Wilshaw as technical support manager for its racking and storage division. Wilshaw has over 21 years’ experience in the materials handling industry and joins Jungheinrich from Linpac. He will be based at the company’s Warrington facility.
