AUSA STREAMLINES AFTER-SALES SERVICE

BARCELONA, Spain
Thursday, 31 Jul 2003
Rough-terrain forklift manufacturer AUSA is distributing a CD-ROM to distributors to streamline delivery of spares and general after-sales service.

AUSA said the CD would be delivered to all its dealers worldwide. By using the CD with AUSA's website, dealers could access updated parts information and orders online.

After-sales service management spokesman Jordi Arenas said the initiative was a "decisive step forward in customer care".
