M&S seeks forklift operators News Story - 24 Aug 2006 ( #274 ) - STOKE-ON-TRENT, United Kingdom <1 min read British upmarket retailer Marks & Spencer's new distribution centre will have 300 jobs up for grabs.Previously a national hub for delivering Christmas goods, the centre at Radial Point, off the A500 at Stoke-on-Trent, will now distribute Marks & Spencer clothes.Jobs at the site for warehouse workers, forklift drivers and administrators were advertised in The Sentinel last week.Employment agency Best Connection manager Darren Ainge told The Sentinel interviews for potential employees would take place over the next five weeks.Workers will be contracted until at least March 2007 at the warehouse, which will operate 24 hours a day in three shifts.
