The patented 'permanent lubricating system' and the longer life expectancy single out the new multi pallet handler of Hans H. Meyer GmbH (Salzgitter).

As the complete guide system is sealed and constructed with permanent lubrication, the greasing intervals can last for more than 1000 operating hours - the intervals are now aligned with the service schedule of the truck and additional maintenance for the attachment is no longer necessary. In addition, no grease comes into contact with transported goods which could easily happen with units designed with T or C profiles.

Taking into account the contract duration of five years, the new MEYER multi pallet handler scores the lowest life time costs due to wear parts lasting longer and requiring little change.

The further developed sixth generation of the MEYER multi pallet handler distinguishes itself through an increase in safety and optimum performance characteristics. The unique permanent lubrication (MEYER patent) with sealed guide system resulting in several advantages should be pointed out:
  • Compared with systems with T or C profiles the danger of contaminating transported goods through grease is considerably reduced.

  • The system automatically provides all moving parts with the optimum amount of grease; the bearings / bushes always glide on an optimum film around the polished chrome shafts. Excess amounts of grease are no longer prevalent.

  • The optimum lubrication also reduces the energy costs of the attachment; Operating times especially of E trucks increase significantly.

  • Maintenance intervals are extended due to the reduced number of wear parts. They are now in line with the trucks - additional down time for maintenance is no longer required.
This means that MEYER has introduced to the market the best multi pallet handler to date. It achieves the most favourable service life (maintenance, operating and down time costs) and achieves a high quality in design to give maximum reliability, value for money and minimal operating costs throughout the contract period.

Proven characteristics extended

The proven MEYER quality characteristics remain with this new multi pallet handler, for instance, the unit achieves the highest possible residual capacity with an optimum lost load centre and an ideal back construction. So that conversion to the new generation can be carried out step by step, the exchangeable bolt-on forks are compatible with the previous series.
The ideal visibility through the optimum chassis design is important for the driver.

Fleet management can be controlled and utilised with the MEYER Fleet Management System. Also, under the guiding idea "Fit for Full Service" the customer can receive modules tailored to the required maintenance needs.

The new generation attachment is already available as 2/1-, 3/2/1- and 4/2 multi pallet handler. All other sizes are completed step by step.
