Nissan Forklift Corporation Announces its New Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Marengo, Illinois - November 4, 2009. Nissan Forklift Corporation is pleased to announce Mr. James J. (Jim) Radous III as its new Vice President of Sales and Marketing for North and South American operations. In this expanded role, Jim will have responsibility for all sales, marketing and communication activities related to both new equipment and aftermarket parts.

For six years prior to joining Nissan, Jim was V.P. of Sales for Knaack LLC, a subsidiary of the $25 billion manufacturing and technology giant, Emerson Electric. (NYSE: EMR) As a key member of Knaack's executive staff, Jim directed all strategic sales initiatives through its network of global distributors, with additional responsibilities that included major retail accounts such as Home Depot. Additional roles within this position included the development of international business segments, customer service, training and inside sales disciplines.

Prior to Knaack, Jim was the Vice President of Global Marketing for Klein Tools, Inc., where he handled all domestic and international marketing activities, including marketing communications and product management.

During his tenure with Knaack, Jim completed the Emerson Leadership Program, an intensive leadership course, where he focused on the company's management process, gaining additional exposure to leaders across all businesses within its global organization. It's this experience along with his 25+ years of sales and marketing leadership that continue to inspire Jim's commitment to bringing a high level of accountability and responsibility to the teams he leads. His roles as corporate ambassador throughout his career have resulted in successfully creating a new vision, effectively communicating it and gaining positive results for his stakeholders.

Jim earned his Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Northern Illinois University, and holds an MBA in Marketing from Roosevelt University.
