Discussion:  Cat man up Order picker NOHO8K manual

HI there
Can anyone help me with a wiring diagram or service manual for a cat order picker it says on the Model NOHO8k and serial is 5AF00009.

The problem is the stop light is flashing on when key is turned on and nothing operates, however the 3 line contactors seem to pull in but no  steer/lift or drive with the stop lamp flashing.

I have connected the Zapi handset into the B1 controller but no errors are showing on the unit.  I could do with a wiring diagram if anyone has one so i can trace back the input wires as when i checked the dead man switch on the floor it does not apear to be working according to the zapi handset, even though the switches themselves are working ok the controller is not getting the feed.

Regards

elektro,
normally i could help with this but this appears to be a very new truck?
when i do a search using serial number you gave it says invalid serial number, and the model number does not exist in their site database. Am i correct in assuming this truck is brand new?

If so then you may have to get help from your local dealer, if you work for a dealership then you will have to contact the factory.

Sorry

Hi there

Thanks for the reply.  Its a 2001 model i think but thats the info i got off the truck plate.

However managed to get to the bottom of the problem as under the foot plate/dead man switch there were a lot of wires which had come loose on the connector so after crimping them and plugging the connector back in resolved the problem.
If anyone has a manual for this would still be useful as the customer has a few of these and can be prepared for any future breakdowns.

Regards
