I have taken 2 Nissan KPH02A-25V trucks in trade. They both are equipped with 2 stage masts; one has a 2W330 mast and the other has 2H330 mast. The 2H330 mast has more freelift and has 2 stops bolted onto the bottom of the outer channel that prevent the inner channel from dropping below the outer channel. The 2W330 is not equipped with these stops and never was. The inner channel on the 2W330 mast hangs well below the outer channel. I have contacted several Nissan dealers to see what stops the inner channel and they say that there must be spacers missing in the lift cylinders, however the spacers go on top of the rod, not on the bottom of the rod. Can anybody tell me what stops the inner channel from dropping below the outer channel on this mast?

take a look at the mounting for the lift cylinders. there is a bar that runs left to right accross the front of the cylinders. on that bar is two, 2-bolt stops that keep the inner mast rail from dropping below the outer rail.

bwagoner; Thanks for your reply, however we have scoured the weldment that the lift cylinders sit on and ther is no evidence of any stops or bolt holes where the stops would have been mounted. The 2H330 mast has them but the 2W330 mast does not.

Katrina; The parts breakdown that I have does not show a spacer at the bottom of the lift cylinder. If you have a breakdown showing the spacer, I would appreciate it if you could fax a copy to me at 603-672-2103. Thanks
