sc4000 no tilt down

Anybody ever had this problem.
SC 4000. Tilts up but when i tilt down the pump and motor run but it will not tilt everytime, it has new pump,sv1 valve and counter balance valve.

Thanks popeye ill give it a go if the tilt interlock block is not the problem ill know monday

Check your pressure at the test port by the control valve. You need a certain pressure reading to overcome the counter balance valve to tilt down. If not enough try adjusting RV1 or it might be bad
