Does anybody know where i can get parts for these so called forklifts in the United kingdom ?????

Personally a scrap yard would be more appropriate but the customer wants it repairing cos its a 2010 model.
He was warned about buying it but another case of cheap counqers quaility when will they learn.

Try GPC Industries in Spilsby. They are a regular importer from Ningbo Ruyi who owns the Xilin brand they may be able to help

You guys in the UK and USA really need to get over your xenophobia and anti-Chinese issues. Our experience is that Chinese forklifts , if spec'd correctly, are basically simple, rugged and reliable well priced options to the overpriced Japanese machines and the over-complex and horribly expensive to maintain Euro brands. Sure, they don't have all the clever electronics and plastic but that's actually their major benefit in a rental fleet. Hangcha in particular remind me of older generation Nissan Toyota and TCM where straightforward basic engineering did the job well.

Hi
It's not the fact that if they were spec properly, it's the fact these so called machine enter into the system and Engineers working on them struggle getting parts or after service support from there makers. Yes they also remind me of the older Nissan,Toyota and TCM's but they had proper service and parts suppliers. These cheaper copy trucks have neither so there downtime is greater and in a competative world customers dont want there trucks down weeks until you source the parts.
Maybe if the companies that built these machine with the same size parts and support network as they build there factories then maybe they would get shitty comments about them.
Im sure you as a engineer or company order can appreciate when your trying to source parts for a machine nobody stocks parts for it can and is frustrating for the engineer and the customer, or are we not all living in the real world....

RedtheDog thank you for your contact but they dont supply forklift parts and they couldnt supply me with a U/K contact that does.

I feel your pain powerlifter- trying to service a unit with no parts back up is an excersize in frustration. The only solution I know of in situations like this is to start cross refrencing parts (if that's even possible with a Chineese forklift I don't know).

As for oldforker- my problem with Chineese stuff is that with my experience, it all s***s.  Between not having parts/service back up & inferior workmanship I can't say I've found much good to say about anything built there.

Trust me when I say I'd welcome a good, basic forklift that was well built & reliable with parts/service availability. So far it seems that our industry is shying away from such thinking, choosing to peddle expensive & complicated machines that require expensive/unuptainable (for the independent service guys) service equipment.
