Chinese forklift trucks

Good day to all
What can you say about Chinese forklifts: what brand is most reliable, {not cheapest!}? I know Heli, Hangcha, Dalian. What of them? May be there is some other... Please let us know.

Two words that don't go together are "China & reliable" You had it right the first time. Cheapest...I see these units installed in the States and they are nothing but junk,if even a step above Toyota or Cat/Mits. If you want a hit and run sale and do a dis service to your customer or yourself then these units are for you....I don't mean to sound like a jerk,but I have been selling Lifts for over 25 years and seen it all.

Bottom line is everything!! How can we reduce your cost of owership Mr Customer? Not with these units! Do it right the first time. Take a look at the Mast on one of them fine Chinese lifts once or even a Toyota. Poor to low grade steel even lower grade now due to the pice of steel. The mast is where 90% of the forklift daily useage right? I can take a 3 year old Hyster 87/189 FFL With a Cascade Mast and have littel to no problems!Plus raise it with a load and not be all over the place.Not going to happen with Jap Crap. Take a look at how they make there mast and how its still old school mounted to the front drive axel housing.Didn't we learn years ago this is not the place to mount the mast? I hope your Technician has been getting grease into the bearings....Hyster and Yale use the best Cascade(nuff said) and mount the mast to the frame of the truck. You see my freind everyting comes with a price? Like pop's use to say"Pay me now or pay me later" Later means down time to you and or your customer. Stay clear!

Thanks for the reply.
I understand that Japan our Europe made trucks are better, but ... Chinese trucks become more and more popular and we look for them with atention. More of all, we do not plan to use them hard ..
And if they used modern technologies and devices , why not ...
In that way I ask again : what chinese truck is more useful and reliable.

I ask you..because more of them are using an italian tecnology inside.
AC technology, SME Group.

Chinese forklift market coming..with highest european technology, and with competitive price.

We are dealing with Hangcha for some time in europe and we are very happy with the results. Pricing is good but also Hangcha is one of the few chinese manufacturers which has overcome quality issues. they will last!

dear antin,

heli is getting better but hangcha uses european brands for his parts that makes the truck from hangcha easier to service.as said we went fror the hangcha produckts.
but look at it forom the customers side if he run the truck for 3 years en then throws it away and buys a new one he is still cheaper to buy two truck then one hyster or linde!

Heli, Hangcha are great quality at low weight,such as 2,2.5,3 ton, dalian forklift truck is good at high weight, such as 5,6,7 ton

Hi.
I do not agree with you. Maybe other brand use your country products.
However, we WWP don't!!!!!!!

Most of parts are made by ourselves.
And the main parts import from other countries. The reason is to make our products more and more better.

Do not use your eyes to see the world.

I don't want to get into an argument with you but I am basing this on what I have seen myself with some of the imported Chinese manufactured forks in comparison to some of the larger, more long standing manufacturers. To be fair the machines I have seen were the first series run of one of the brands. Their retained capacities at full heights were very poor.
I agree the longer the Chinese manufacturers keep making the machines the more refined they will become and get closer to the industry standards. It's only a matter of time and development.

    Thank you for your reply.
    Maybe seveal years ago, the chinese products is not so good. As i know, some medias report some chinese little factories, the condition is not so good. In the TV, give foreign friends not so good impression.
    Second, in the past years, we do not have much experience in manufacture forklift. As time flying, now we had rich experience.
     According to our factory, it take us 5 years to develop own controller.Now we had developed controller. It is one of third factory. The famouse brand is Curtis.So i am confidence in our products.
     If we had chance, why not try our products? Various models and best quality will satisfy with you.

Let me tell some truth,
In our price list, there are two price for one model forklift, one uses China made engine and another equips Japanese engine. This is the most way Chinese forklift manufacturers go for customers to improve the quality.
For our brand forklift,we use mast steel imported from German, electric controller imported from SME and engine from Janpan.Do you think is there any key parts produced in China?
Just as etharp said our forklifts look more and more like Eurpean forklifts. But why we can cotroll the cost still far away from the Cat and Linde? Because our salary is much more lower than you!Guy! You may takes US$4,000.00 one month but we can only get RMB￥2,000.00 at all! That's means do the same job you will earn 15 times more than us. Bleeding! That's true and woefully we Chinese just work hard and low paid only to please you, our customers...
Sorry, I'm in a little emotion. But I hope no one will say junk again.(It seems... impossible)
