Linde Reach Truck Software

Does anyone know where I can (legally) buy the diagnostic software for a Linde R20 Reach Truck built in 2003 and if available how much it will cost?? I have been looking around and I can't seem to get any information.

Linde software is not for sale! They make their dealers pay for a 1yr license. It is assigned to the computer being used. It expires automatically. They have to call and pay to have it turned back on. Had the programs and the cables & interface set up. Totally useless after the program expires. If your not a dealer you will not get any help.You better get to know a good tech! Most all Manufactures are going this root. Just like Raymond Passwords operator and tech passwords. Almost all trucks are going with computers or handsets. Most new trucks IC and Electric have dash programming and diagnostics Run & No run you can do through the dash. Some manufactures are offering a training & certification dash training class for a small fee to customer with there own maint. depts. & union techs. None of them will no longer get computer software or cables or interface tools. To much liability! But through most dash programs you can do 90% of what a computer can do. ETS

Please provide the serial number.
The software can be purchased legally from the local dealer
but you cannot force them to sell it. They may want to protect their customer interests.
If you have a 113-02 series just prior to 115
the Linde Testmodul can be purchased . It is a handheld diagnostic unit with 99% of the software functions.
That is what ETS1 meant by a "dash" program where the the keypad is built into the truck somewhere in the dash.

I doubt you'll find the software legally anywhere aside from linde....It's not easy to copy either..the forktruck-doctor stuff was cool but the new stuff is unapproachable for me!!..

Thats right the older kit was truck doctor but all new linde machines now use 'pathfinder' this is not available to buy from linde .They are protecting their product.

I and several others use it, we have the most recent version
but the trucks we use it on are gettinting rare, old units are pulled from service 10s to hundreds per year.
Only one or two techies use it 4 to times per year.
Pathfinder almost daily and STEDS daily.

No we have 2 versions here . Some are standalone with extra special permission from Linde.
The other is the one that installs Free of Charge after Linde AC
is installed . Linde AC can be purchased BUT the user has to parts of our tech program either a guy here or a remote customer who proves he has the need and buys all his parts here.
