American Specialty Equipment a.k.a. Gregory files for bankruptcy?

Through public information search we learned that American Specialty Equipment a.k.a. Gregory out of Fairfield, NJ has an open tax lien exceeding $1.1M USD and they are now starting to use the name Excalibur Equipment LLC
. In 1995 Gregory made a similar move changing its name to American Specialty Equipment. Does anybody know what is going on with the Gregory product line? Is the products still supported and for how long? Are they still shipping equipment?
