American Specialty equipment AKA Gregory now going under the name Excalibur Equipment, LLC

I heard a rumor in through the Grapevines that American Specialty Equipment Inc. who makes the Gregory EX forklift line is adopting the new name Excalibur Equipment, LLC due to the fact that they owe 1.1M in back taxes. Has anybody else heard anything about this?

That is true that they went under the new name of excalibur but I did not know it was because of back taxes. I certainly do believe it though. I heard that they were short payed on certain deals so that may have some truth behind it
