NYK FBT15 Help needed

Anyone able to help with electrical troubleshooting, schematic or service manual. I have all functions except traction, F and R contacts engage but no pulse. Power curcuit components, i.e. SCR's and diodes and motors all good. Need some tech help to troubleshoot further as I have no experience of NYK systems.

Thanks, etharp. The model is FBT15PN-UC11-430M and serial # is 21630312 (it's a 3 wheeler). I have now been able to locate some manuals locally which I will be picking up tomorrow and hopefully those will get me started on troubleshooting. I'll come back to you when I've done the initial checks.

I've troubleshot as far as the pink module which appears to be defective, the manual seems to suggest that I may need the accel card as well. In your experience is this likely? I can probably find a module but the card may be a little harder to find! BTW, this model does not have the breaker.

I have  one  similar problem .

the  problem was not  in pc , neither  acceleration control.
I have to check  the power  transistor, pc board  one  by one  in a similar  machine  and they were ok.
I change  the  traction sensor and  the  machine  began to work.
i hope  this  tip  work on your  prob.
