Does anybody know the difference between a Yale GLC030AF and a GLC030BF?

That is the 'series' of the truck.(last year's were ZG's)
The BF is just a few years newer

The GL = LPG engine
the C = cushion tires
The 030 = 3000lb capacity
The rest of the model number will give you more info.
The next digits are the engine (ie. UA=mazda 2.0L)
Then the mast (E082= vista 3 stage, full free lift 82" colapsed height)

Thanks for the reply.  The truck I'm looking at has the following serial number: GLC030CENUAE083.  What does the CEN stand for?  Also, would a manual for the GLC030AF/BF cover repair for this truck?  If not, does anyone know where I could find one?  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Some of the manual will help.
The UA mazda engine has been used for many, many years and I'm pretty sure that it's in the af/bf manual.
All the components of that truck are pretty common, so the people on this board will be able to help you out quite easily.

The CE is just the series of the truck.

I'll bet that mast is also in the manual.

If you have the AF/BF manual, take a look inside the front cover for a more precise breakdown of the Yale model numbers. (actually it's a couple pages in)

Yale dealers around here are pretty nice at selling the manuals, especially on older trucks.
You should be able to order one in for around $100.

BTW. GLC050... is the model number. In the post hyster merge, the important parts of the serial number are the first 4 and the last letter. (first 4 being the exact series, the last letter being the year of manufacture)
