Code 07, I am familiar with the EV100 controller. I get code 07 every once in awhile, I've checked #2SCR, diode and capacitor. I've checked throttle voltage, 3.54 no throttle to 0.045. According to the EV100, should be 3.5-3.7 to 0.00-0.02V.
How do you adjust the pot or controller, I tried the push rod and stop, no change??

Code refers to accelerator controller.  Push rod and stop onl;y adjust the striking of the forward and high speed switch inside the box (sevcon-controller).  The Sevcon unit under the distribution board is linked to the accel pedal.  Will be either the sevcon conrol, bad wiring to the card, or the card itself.  my money would be on the Sevcon controller.  There are one or two switches, depending on model, and a mini computer board inside. Switches normally go bad.  Let us know.  Looking forward to Canadian beer!

No adjustment eh, one switch, seems to be a 2 stage switch, any test to check card ? And the sevcon controller meaning including the card or the whole assembly? Would a switch throw the code, This has been going on for a while, Mostly seems to be after charging, I take it apart, mess with it, put back together, works for a few weeks, do it all again, If I knew what to order for parts, would be a lot easier Appreciate any more insight on these blasted things

Linear accelerator assembly part # 122420.  By card, I mean the oscillator card in the SCR panel.  TB11-1 is input from sevcon controller.  3.7 with key "on" smooth decrease in voltage to .5 with pedal all the way to floorboard.  (at distribution board) check voltage at CA208 #1 for battery voltage.  after accel pedal is pressed, batt volts should go to CA208 #2.  Test with seat switch closed and directional control in forward.  It's a bit tricky if you're unfamiliar  with it and especially if its intermintent.  You have a manual??  A switch would if its not closing or closing to early.  Good luck, eh.  if switch passes voltage and card receives proper voltage swipe at tb11-1, then your card is at fault (meaning oscillator in EV100 panel)
