I have a Toyota FGCU15 that keeps blowing the TWC 7.5 amp fuse every so often.  I don't have a wiring schematic or a manual.
Can anyone tell me what TWC stand for and what circuit the TWC 7.5 amp fuse is tied into.

Thanks.

Yes your right! I missed out on the 7 in the model number. Thanks for pointing that out.
I will be heading back out to the customer location to look at those items you mentioned.
I will let you know what I find.

Thanks,

Eli.

Thanks for the information, it was very informative.
The silver box and the resistor on this unit is mounted on the left side of the 12 volt battery.

I traced the harness from the silver box and followed it down around the engine and found that the harness was cut by rubbing against the right side of the engine right above the starter.
There's a sharp casting sticking out of the engine block that rubbed right through the harness and through one wire exposing the copper wire strands.
This explains why the operator says that it blows the fuse mostly when he hits the dock plates everytime he comes out of the trailer.
The impact causes the harness to jump and hit that casting precisely where the wire it's bare, causing the fuse to blow.  I forced the harness against the block by hand and it did blow that 7.5 amp fuse.
Thanks once again on directing me toward the general area.

Eli.
