Charles, can you please define what you are talking about???  More importantly can you give specific examples of what you mean by "light weight".  Are you referring to a model/s??

I wonder why we haven't heard back from Charles?  If you read his details or click on his name it appears he feels either he or someone else was wrongfully terminated.  Perahps this is just Charles being vindictive?

Hard to find a better lift.Dont see a lot of failure if in the right application.

From what I have seen, those Crown trucks are the toughest and most durable in the business.  He is nuts!

man!!! lots of crown lovers in here. i like crown but they (like all makers) have their issues. crown is easy to access when repairs need to be made, parts are reasonable and available but there are makers who's equipment has less down time and average costs of operation is relatively even. most of the top line lifts have their plusses and minuses and sometimes the only thing that matters is preference. (our class 2........no comment! made by guess who)

welp i dont really see anything any more wrong with crown as with any other mfg of lifttrucks. as rick said, every mfg has thier own set of problems that have to be dealt with and ironed out.

but more direct to the point of topic....

application and good maintenance are the keys to a lifttruck that performs well in its environment
Not to mention the "care" that the operator gives his machine.

I've been in this business for many years and time and time again i've seen "misapplications" that have caused the consumer greif
and costly repairs, and more so than not the abuse lifts take from thier "ill trained" operators. This makes it hard on guys like us
that try and keep thier machines running well mechanically and also strains the
relationship with the customer because of the aforementioned application issue. Of course we all know this falls back on the "sales"
people and thier ability to access a situation in a warehouse and spec out a truck that will perform well.......... or NOT.

as for as charles's cryptic message?
mebe he's off his meds?
;)~

who knows
