Hi,
We have a Toyota 7FBMF30 forklift which indicate error code E0. Also a letter "H" is displayed. The forks cannot be hoisted/lowered/tilted/shifted but the steering and running works fine. The forklift is located on a oilrig and we currently have no manuals at hand. If anyone have any information what the error code means and/or possible cause of the problem, please let me know.

Best regards,
/Stefan

just a guess without any manuals, but I would bet it is a seat switch wire problem (or some other "static return to to off, like the foot pedal not returning all the way up when the key switch is first turned on) and the "h" is when you try to operate the hydraulics with out the truck properly started (maybe you need to be in the operators position with the seatbelt on, before you turn the key to on?))

Whereas no 7FBMF repair manual contains the error E0, the probable cause of failure is an anomaly of the group IN-MOTION, due to a false contact in the CN111 or anomaly of the group

Hello Charl, how I was saying to his friend Stefan, no manual 7FBMF reporting the error E0 but based on experience on these forkift I can say that the cause is an incorrect communication between IN-MOTION and CPU.
You can do two tests: reversing traction with that group of pump (are equal) and very important to verify that there is a dispersion of tension on the frame, or if it exceeds the positive or negative on the 30 volts we find the problem.
Greetings - Franco --

E0 is a material handling fault. several things can cause this problem. in my experience on other units that use this controller the transistors are shorted and the controller has to be replaced but i am not sure what the H means. if you have high current when you activate the hydraulics it could be a motor fault. i can send you some info if you give me your e mail.

Hello

Did you check the RPM sensor on the motor.
You can test it in the analyzer menu Monitor 3/10 SSP pomp sensor speed!!

Cheers
